The recent round of updates  is now  completed. I have changed the site settings so that each page can be viewed in high res and on widescreen monitors. It shouldnt change how it looks in the lower res but should make all the difference to higher res users.

We noticed that the email addy for the site was also slightly wrong, this has now been corrected. I aim to try to add more content over the coming months, hopefully from contributors directly connected with the 16th. Anyone wishing to contribute please let me know.

Remember, this is your history and your site, Its all about you. Today was ANZAC Day and the history is living on through the younger generation, let the 16th live on in the same way too before its too late.

I was toying with the idea of a wreath for ANZAC day at our town church, it has an Australian War Memorial in side the tower, but I never got organised in time. I need to talk to the Minister about it anyway as I dont have a clue how to go about this.

Later in the year our local church celebrates and commemorates the  Naval History of our town as its the Naval Church for the area. I may have a chat to our Pastor about that, and also about Memorial Day in november... anyone with any thoughts or ideas about this or any other 16th related issue, please email me.
