Brian Allan Best P63375.

It is with sad regret that I inform you that Brian passed away at The Canberra Hospital on
Tuesday 7th of July.  He is now at peace and not suffering anymore from the cancer that
racked his body.
Brian was a cook on HMAS Ibis from 1970 to 1971 and the HMAS Snipe from 1971 to 1972.
Brian's funeral  was held at Mt Thompson Crematorium in Brisbane on 17th of July.

I attended your Reunion and dedication in March 2006 in Canberra at the invitation of Brian, as
I lived in Canberra and had known Brian all of my life.  Your welcome drinks on Thursday 30th
March at Olims was the beginning of a love affair and partnership and then earlier this year
marriage.  I thank you all.  He will be sadly missed.

Kind Regards
